RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met :
- All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact
- All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition
- Originals receipts would need to be included
If non of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.
Sales item(s) are non-exchangeable nor returnable either in our retail boutique or via our online portal.
1. VALIDITY FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS
All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 7 days after receiving your order.
Buyer no longer wants the items – this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at KyroLand.com. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after.
Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else – Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order.
Αfter an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
Buyer can no longer wait. Secured and Insured Shipping takes about 2-5 weeks. Some cases it can take up to 60 days. Only the Delivery of the orders can be guaranteed and not the delivery dates.
The order made by the customer serves as an agreement, a binding contract which tells us to fulfill/ship what the customer wants to receive, thus making this rule fair to both parties.
Αll items are checked for quality assurance prior to shipment. Items are packed and shipped in pristine condition. Cosmetic damage to the packaging is not eligible for return or refund considering factors that may affect this are beyond our control in international shipments.
Refunds are only given if there is a defect and/or item is broken. You will be required to submit photos and videos to validate your claim. If you have any questions or if you qualify for a refund, please contact us at [email protected]
We offer replacements for any items that may have been received as defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]
Note that you have to contact us before you initiate any requests. We reserve the right to approve or disapprove your refund requests depending if we see fit with our policy or a violation against our policy.
RETURNS (IF ELIGIBLE)
Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, Sale off products or products damaged by the customer will NOT be eligible for refund.
Α review of your customer support contact history will also be conducted. You MUST contact us within 7 days after the product is delivered to you
Request your Return Αuthorization by emailing [email protected] with detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. The claim will then be validated with warehouse records and shipping partners.
Upon approval, you will receive the designated address of the warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs using a trackable mail service , we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.
Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full or partial refund will be issued to your original method of payment based on the evaluation of the item/s returned. Warehouse custodian and shipping partners reserve the right to grant or decline refund for returned items. For items found to be eligible a refund receipt will be emailed to the email address, you used when making your original purchase.
4. OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
4.1 All items that are returned and exchanged, can only be made once.
4.2 We reserve the right and full discretion to disqualify you from enjoying free returns if the subsequent item(s) for return or exchange are of the same item(s) as a previous order
4.3 Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.
